Sanitisation, Deep Cleaning and Disinfection Services
Is your cleaning regime adequate to meet the required standards needed to reduce the risk of COVID-19 to your staff, customers & visitors? You may feel the need to or be required to put new measures in place to meet the new guidelines set out by the UK government ‘Working safely during COVID-19’.
ServiceMaster Restore can work with you to ensure that you have the right procedures and deep cleaning schedule in place to be compliant; and that you, your staff and your customers are safe whilst on your premises.
Our experience is second to none
ServiceMaster Restore have been providing cleaning services in the UK for over 60 years and work within a variety of sectors. We also work within the healthcare sector meeting stringent CQC requirements. We can bring this experience to your building to help, provide you, your employees and your customers with reassurance that your building is as safe as it can be.
We can work with you to:
- Carry out an assessment for all sites, or parts of sites, that have been closed, before restarting work
- Create a daily deep cleaning schedule to ensure that your premises are cleaned to a high standard and as often as required. This will include particular focus on frequent touchpoints and the use of specialist disinfectant products
- Help keep the workplace clean and help prevent transmission by touching contaminated surfaces
Covid-19 Risk Assessments
You are required to carry out your own Covid-19 risk assessment prior to re-opening your premises. We will also carry out our own COVID-19 risk assessment to assess any potential risk to our cleaning operatives.
How we’re keeping our customers safe
Due to the social distancing guidance, we’ve had to change how we operate slightly:
• During the visit we will respect Government 2 metre social distancing guidelines from the moment we reach the premises
• Please stay in another part of the premises whilst we are undertaking our services. This isn’t us being rude, but we need your help to maintain social distancing
• We will no longer ask you to sign our paperwork, and instead of leaving our after-care information, we will now be sending this via email or text
• We kindly ask that you pay over the phone, by BACS/bank transfer or card payments if possible. Please let us know if you are not able to pay with the above options and will discuss alternative payment options.
What are we doing? We are taking extra hygiene precautions which will include:
• Wearing additional PPE equipment such as disposable gloves and shoe covers which will be changed between every client
• After every clean we are cleaning and sanitising all our equipment before bringing it into the premises. Where possible we will leave our larger equipment outside
• We are washing & sanitising our hands more regularly, and will do so before and after each job
• We will be wiping down any surfaces we have touched with a disinfectant cleaner
Thank you for your co-operation during this difficult time.
