ServiceMaster Restore New Forest is a franchise of ServiceMaster and has been established since 1994.

Scott has worked at ServiceMaster Restore New Forest since 2005, Scott started with the business as a contract cleaner working his way up to a carpet cleaning technician and onto achieving his qualifications in Tech 1 BDMA Qualification and a couple of years later worked his way up to Senior Tech BDMA Qualification to which he has renewed each year to date.

Jess Burrows has worked at ServiceMaster Restore since 2017 learning the ropes from Scott on the way.

With Scott’s 14 years extensive knowledge he had the opportunity to purchase the business in 2019, so he approached his wife Jess and their good friend Michelle to share their thoughts for the business and asked them to invest in the business equally to make this dream a reality. Each of their experiences, from different working backgrounds play a large part in making the business thrive and moving it forwards.

Since taking the business on in 2019 the business has gone from strength to strength and continues to do so.
